September 2012: Officially decided that we were going to pursue an international adoption!
October 27, 2012: Mailed Application to Agency ($250)
November 5, 2012: Formally accepted at our agency. Happy 23rd birthday to me! :)
January 10, 2013: Mailed in contract to our agency along with our first major payment and general Dossier! ($2,750)
March 16, 2013: Started our puzzle piece fundraiser in the hopes of raising $5,000!!
April 8, 2013: Turned in our contract to begin the HOME STUDY process! ($2,180)
June 3, 2013: Began week 1 (out of 10) of our PARENTING CLASSES! We are really going to be parents soon!! :)
June 12, 2013: Doctor's appointments in Louisville to document that we are healthy and strong! ($80 co-pay)
June 15, 2013: Moving into our new apartment in Florence, KY where hopefully we will bring little girl HOME!
June 19, 2013: Alex got his fingerprints done!
July 9, 2013: HOMESTUDY day!!
July 30, 2013: Alex's TB test. ($25)
August 1, 2013: Briana got her fingerprints done!
August 2nd, 3rd & 4th: Our yard sale in Louisville! (We raised $2,000!)
August 5, 2013: We finished our last parenting class!!
August 6, 2013: Briana's TB test. ($25)
October 28, 2013: WE HAVE A COMPLETED HOMESTUDY!!
January 8, 2014: Received Alex's new passport.
January 9, 2014: Submitted I-600A. ($720)
